Council Plan development
INK worked with the City of Subiaco to develop its inaugural Council Plan – a unified, 10-year roadmap that brings together the former Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan into a cohesive document.
Reflecting Subiaco’s heritage character, green spaces and strong local identity, the Plan is centred on a shared community vision, strategic pillars and objectives that guide delivery through to 2035.
Developed through an innovative, highly engaged process involving Council, community and staff, it is an elevated document aligned to State Government’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
