  • Workshop facilitation

  • Opportunity identification

  • Outcomes reporting

INK facilitated specialist stakeholder workshops for DPLH on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission to inform development of a policy framework for co-living in Western Australia.

The sessions brought industry, government and community housing stakeholders together to align on shared priorities, including streamlined planning and building pathways, improved design quality and greater certainty for local governments and proponents.

The process established a strong foundation for a context-responsive framework that accommodates diverse housing types, from Specialist Disability and Aged Persons Accommodation to Purpose-Built Student Housing, ensuring flexibility to meet future housing needs.
