INK developed the Place Activation Implementation Strategy to guide the staged activation of Ocean Reef Marina as a new coastal destination for Western Australia.
The strategy establishes a clear roadmap to bring the place to life through curated experiences, partnerships and programs that connect community, culture and commerce.
It identifies activation priorities, governance and investment pathways to ensure the Ocean Reef Marina evolves as a dynamic, inclusive and distinctive place - alive from day one and positioned as one of WA’s premier coastal lifestyle attractions.
