The Gascoyne Regional Arts Plan sets a long-term framework to elevate arts and culture as a driver of regional identity, inclusion, economic vitality and community wellbeing. Developed by INK in partnership with the Gascoyne Development Commission and the Shires of Carnarvon, Exmouth, Shark Bay and Upper Gascoyne, it reflects a united commitment to a visible, connected and sustainable arts sector.
Shaped over nine months through research and engagement with more than 300 artists, community members and stakeholders, the Plan centres on three strategic pillars — Identity, Capacity and Investment, and Experience — providing a regional framework to grow creative infrastructure, participation, partnerships and storytelling across the Gascoyne.
