Established in 2014, Huntlee Academy is a not-for-profit organisation in the Hunter Valley (NSW) dedicated to providing employment, skill development, and career opportunities for local disadvantaged people. Through skills development and individual training pathways, the Academy builds individual capacity and delivers social impact.
INK worked with the Board Chair and CEO to undertake an express Strategic Planning process. We reviewed their current strategic plan, clarified future priorities and articulated strategic direction in a succinct ‘plan on a page’ to align Board, internal teams and stakeholders over the next three years.
