Council Plan
INK was selected by the Shire of York to develop its inaugural Council Plan informed by a major strategic review of the existing Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan.
The process delivered a contemporary Council Plan aligned to state government’s Integrated Planning and Reporting framework, including a 10-year vision and five strategic pillars – Community, Economy, Built Form, Environment and Governance.
It positions York to attract new residents, grow cultural tourism and strengthen economic diversity, while advancing community wellbeing, sustainability and good governance.
